We reserved bikes and unfortunately had to cancel our trip to Travemünde. As we canceled well in advance, we were promised a refund. Nearly two months later, after multiple emails and phone calls, we still have not received our refund. This has been an extremely unfortunate situation. We will continue working on getting our refund!

We went to Tobi's with our dog and he put a lot of effort into finding the right combination. Despite other anxiously waiting customers, Tobi remained cool and calm and focused on looking after us. The bikes can be rented for a whole day, but our dog caused a bit of trouble so we had to bring the bikes back after just an hour. Tobi then reached a very fair solution with us. Great service and thank you for this!
